Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) means the universal life force energy that resides within all living things. It is a gentle yet powerful healing that treats the whole person by enhancing the natural power of the body and mind to heal itself.

Reiki level I teaches the basics of this energy healing modality. In this practical training you will learn the history of Reiki, its applications and how to give hands-on treatments to yourself and others. Reiki energy is activated by receiving attunements which allow you to access the Reiki energy easily and naturally.

No prior experience in health care is required. It is recommended that you have received Reiki yourself, though, before taking a class. The workshops are fun, casual and beneficial to people of all ages and backgrounds.
